Tobias Reyes

Head of the Desk

With the house since 2012

The person who answers when a client calls at any hour.

Tobias runs the Desk, the part of the bank clients actually experience. He joined in 2012 after a decade of concierge work at a Geneva private bank, where he learned that urgency is usually logistics wearing a costume. His team of nine covers every hour of the year; a call placed at three in the morning reaches a person who knows the file. He has arranged wire transfers from four continents, a locksmith on Christmas Eve, and, once, a tugboat. He declines to elaborate on the tugboat.

Relationships begin the old way: a call, a name, a banker. There is no form to fill in tonight.
