Hana joined the Desk in 2021 after four years in the treasury operations of a Copenhagen shipping line, where the phone also rang at night. She covers the overnight hours for a set of client families and, by the house’s custom, has read every one of their files. She is the reason a wire released at two in the morning is released correctly. Clients who have met her once tend to ask for her by name, which the Desk permits.
